Sağlıklı Beslenme Tüyoları

Günümüzün en büyük sorunlarından biri olan sağlıksız beslenme, bebeklikten yaşlılık dönemine kadar her yaş aralığındaki bireyin problemi olabiliyor. Özellikle hazır beslenmenin oldukça fazla olduğu çağımızda, obezitenin artması ve buna bağlı olarak çeşitli hastalıkların ortaya çıkması kaçınılmaz hale geliyor. Sağlıklı beslenme konusunda kulaktan dolma bilgiler nedeniyle kişilerin çok az miktarda yemek yemesi ya da vücudun ihtiyacı olan besin gruplarını alamaması sonucunda da hastalıkların meydana gelmesi engellenemiyor.
